Marcus Samuelsson
I had the pleasure of getting to sample one of his dishes and all I can say is YUM!
He is an award-winning chef and cookbook auther and is the youngest chef to ever reveive 2 three star ratings from the New York Times, the first of which was awrded to him after 3 months as Executive Chef of Aquavit.
Marcus Samuelsson and Andrew Chapman are co -creators of the Red Rooster Harlem Restaurant. The restaurant opened in 2010 and is located in of the liveliest neighborhoods in Harlem.
Chef Samuelsson has been featured on Iron Chef, Top Chef Masters, The Martha Stewart Show, The Today Show and his own show The Inner Chef.
The Taste of Navarre was set up at the Chamber with a great view overlooking the sound. What a great event hosted by the Navarre Chamber and I appreciate the effort all chamber members and volunteers to bring such a great event to our area.
